Ana Bloom Fleur proudly provides local flower delivery throughout select Florida service areas.

DELIVERY TIMES

Requested delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Factors that may affect delivery include:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic delays
• Holidays
• High-volume order periods
• Events outside our control

SAFE DELIVERY

If the recipient is unavailable, arrangements may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion unless otherwise instructed.

Photographic proof of delivery may be retained for verification purposes.

RECIPIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The recipient is responsible for immediately providing proper care to flowers after delivery.

Ana Bloom Fleur is not responsible for flower deterioration caused by:

• Lack of water
• Improper flower care
• Excessive heat
• Direct sunlight
• Freezing temperatures
• Pet or animal damage
• Accidental damage after delivery

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

Availability is not guaranteed during holidays or peak seasons.

DELIVERY COMPLETION

An order is considered completed once it has been delivered to the provided address and delivery confirmation has been obtained.
