REFUND, REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Ana Bloom Fleur, every arrangement is handcrafted using fresh flowers and carefully prepared for each order.
Because flowers are perishable products, all sales are considered final once an order has been prepared or delivered.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before flowers and materials have been purchased or design work has begun.
Once preparation has started, a cancellation fee may apply.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
Custom floral arrangements, event décor, special orders, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Flower availability may vary due to seasonal conditions, market availability, or supplier inventory.
Ana Bloom Fleur reserves the right to substitute flowers, greenery, containers, or decorative elements with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design concept.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, including address, phone number, and delivery instructions.
Additional delivery fees may apply if:
• An incorrect address is provided.
• The recipient is unavailable.
• Redelivery is required.
If delivery is successfully completed to the address provided by the customer, Ana Bloom Fleur is not responsible for loss, theft, weather exposure, or damage occurring after delivery.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If an arrangement arrives visibly damaged, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
• The entire arrangement
• Any damaged flowers
• Packaging (if applicable)
Claims submitted without photographs may not be eligible for review.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Approved claims may qualify for one of the following remedies:
• Partial refund
• Store credit
• Replacement arrangement
• Full refund (at our sole discretion)
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated individually.
FLOWER PERFORMANCE
Flower longevity depends on environmental conditions, temperature, transportation, and care after delivery.
Natural variations in flower appearance, bloom size, fragrance, color shades, and vase life are normal and do not qualify for refunds.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these policies.
